Modern workplaces demand what are called 21st-century skills such as critical thinking, collaboration, and adaptability to navigate a technology-driven economy. However, the field has become cluttered with a proliferation of terms and definitions, making it difficult for professionals to identify, teach, and assess the very skills they need.
