Ideas for Leaders is delighted to be working with the Office of Leadership to bring you this 90-minute workshop, led by Steve Mostyn, Associate Fellow at Saïd Business School, University of Oxford.
Steve will be hosting Fons Trompenaars, a global thought-leader who was inducted into the Thinkers50 Hall of Fame in 2017, to explore and better understand the Servant Leadership approach and how it can benefit you and your organization.
The session will begin with an overview of Servant Leadership from Steve Mostyn, and then discussion with Fons Trompenaars to explore more deeply the challenges, barriers, opportunities and impact that Servant Leadership can bring to organizations. Attendees will then engage in discussion groups to share their thinking and experiences, through a structured discourse model.
